PC Help @ Home began in 2001 when Daniel, a friendly and practical mobile technician, started helping customers around Walton-on-Thames with their home computers. Back then, it was just Daniel and his toolkit – offering honest, no-jargon tech support at people’s homes.

Over the years, the business grew. In 2007, Walter joined the team to help meet demand across Surrey. Then in 2013, Daniel opened The Tech-Shed, a much-loved repair shop that built a reputation for fast, friendly service – not only for computers, but also for iPhones and iPads. The shop became a local success, earning fantastic Google reviews and a loyal customer base.

“Use this company for any tricky IT problems. Had an issue with WiFi and data on my phone and after much 'googling' contacted PC Help @ Home where the problem (related to anti-virus, who’d have known!) was solved in about 10 seconds free of charge. Thank you”

We had a number of issues that needed to be resolved. Walter has worked very efficiently with installation of a new printer. Reinstalled lost receipts of emails on our desktop, laptop and 2 mobiles. Gave us valuable advice how to navigate through various PC applications. He is punctual, gets on with the job and doesn't give up until he finds the way to complete the task in hand. Walter tried a few things as the Wi-Fi was quite poor upstairs. Eventually we replaced the Mesh network to a higher quality one. This made a big difference; both sons now have a great experience in their high-tech gaming. Walter was helpful and courteous throughout. 10/10 for the result and the helpful attitude. Particularly as we avoided having to wire in an Ethernet cable. Would definitely use again. 🙂

General 'MOT' of laptop plus some other related queries.
Wonderful Walter to the rescue yet again, another outstanding technical 'performance'! As always, Walter was able to give my laptop it's annual 'service', fix some niggling issues and give me some valuable advice! Walter also set up my phone with Norton Antivirus and helped me sort out a work email issue, truly a lifesaver! I have been using PCHelp@Home for 15 years now and I highly recommend their outstanding services!
