Daniel founded PC Help @ Home Limited in 2004, offering mobile computer support around Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. It started with just him on the road, and over the years, he built a strong reputation for honest, reliable service.
In 2013, Daniel opened The Tech-Shed – a local repair shop that became a well-loved part of the community. The shop didn’t just handle computer problems; it also earned a great reputation for iPhone and iPad repairs, backed by glowing Google reviews.
Now in 2025, Daniel is returning to his roots – bringing mobile support to homes and small businesses across West Sussex. Meanwhile, Walter, who joined the team in 2007, continues to serve loyal customers in Surrey.

Yes – Daniel (West Sussex) is highly experienced with iPhone and iPad repairs. Walter (Surrey) does not currently offer mobile Apple device repairs.
Yes – both Daniel and Walter are highly qualified in working with Apple and Windows computers. We can help with iMacs, MacBooks, and general macOS issues, alongside our regular Windows PC and laptop services.
Yes – we can help set up new routers, fix Wi-Fi coverage issues, and improve your home or office internet setup.
Absolutely. We regularly assist customers with email setup, lost passwords, data backup, and general digital housekeeping.
Yes – we can provide ad-hoc callouts.
Definitely. We can get your devices connected, install necessary software, and ensure everything is running securely.
For existing customers only. If you become a regular business customer, we may discuss some remote options where suitable.
No – we’re a fully mobile service. We come to you at your home or business.
It depends on your location and our schedule, but we’ll always try to fit you in as soon as possible – often within a few days.
We keep pricing simple and transparent:
£60 per hour + VAT
Call-out charge: from £12.50 to £40 + VAT depending on your location
Travel is generally included within our covered postcode areas. If you live outside our core area, we may charge a small travel fee – we’ll confirm this at the time of booking.
We accept card payments, bank transfers, and cash (not American Express).
