We had a number of issues that needed to be resolved. Walter has worked very efficiently with installation of a new printer. Reinstalled lost receipts of emails on our desktop, laptop and 2 mobiles. Gave us valuable advice how to navigate through various PC applications. He is punctual, gets on with the job and doesn't give up until he finds the way to complete the task in hand. Walter tried a few things as the Wi-Fi was quite poor upstairs. Eventually we replaced the Mesh network to a higher quality one. This made a big difference; both sons now have a great experience in their high-tech gaming. Walter was helpful and courteous throughout. 10/10 for the result and the helpful attitude. Particularly as we avoided having to wire in an Ethernet cable. Would definitely use again. 🙂
Wonderful Walter to the rescue yet again, another outstanding technical 'performance'! As always, Walter was able to give my laptop it's annual 'service', fix some niggling issues and give me some valuable advice! Walter also set up my phone with Norton Antivirus and helped me sort out a work email issue, truly a lifesaver!
