One of our lovely iPhone customers came in to the shop and was un-able to charge their phone, this is how we fixed their Apple iPhone by cleaning their charge dock module. Walter tried a few things as the Wi-Fi was quite poor upstairs. Eventually we replaced the Mesh network to a higher quality one. This made a big difference; both sons now have a great experience in their high-tech gaming. Walter was helpful and courteous throughout. 10/10 for the result and the helpful attitude. Particularly as we avoided having to wire in an Ethernet cable. Would definitely use again. 🙂
Wonderful Walter to the rescue yet again, another outstanding technical 'performance'! As always, Walter was able to give my laptop it's annual 'service', fix some niggling issues and give me some valuable advice!
